1) Do not work with the employee of our center directly.
2) The payment must be cleared every 10 working days.
3) Don't discuss about payment with the employee, or don't pay employee directly.
4.a) If you want 26 working days in a month, You can give only 1 leave (sunday/ other day) in a week, if you give more leave except that day (sunday/other) in a week then you have to pay half of that day's payment.
4.b) If you want 30 working days in a month, Either you can't give leave or you have to pay half of that day's payment.
5) Be aware. The center authority is not responsible in any way for worker's stealing or adopting any dishonest ways in your house. You can take action legal, if there is any evidence against dishonesty. So we provide documents.
